Vikings Reasoning: Another move to get rid of a bad multi year contract on a declining player, while picking up a draft pick and a much needed secondary player.
Giants Reasoning: I have a younger guy I can slide into the 4th CB/ backup FS spot for now, and Adam gives me the short yardage, red zone threat that'll only make my offense better
